• You will not file a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal.
• You understand that all payments are non-refundable.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent restriction from future purchases and may be contested with supporting evidence.

You acknowledge that products are purchased at your own discretion and risk.

5. Shipping & Delivery Assistance

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the transit of the package lies with the third-party carrier. However, we value our customers and aim to ensure a positive experience. In genuine situations where a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, we will provide assistance to resolve the issue. At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement product where possible. Customers must contact us directly to report a delivery issue before taking external action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Affiliate & Referral Scheme

By participating in the Core Health GB Affiliate Program, you agree to the following payout structure and terms:

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% cash commission on every successful order referred through their unique link.
• Payout Qualification: To qualify for a payout to be actioned, an affiliate must successfully make a minimum of 2 different referrals.
• Unlimited Earnings: There is no limit to the amount of commission an affiliate can earn once qualified.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are processed on the last working day of each month. Please allow up to 7 days for funds to clear.
• Payment in Arrears: Payments are made one month in arrears. (Example: Commission earned in January will be paid at the end of February).
• Verification: We reserve the right to withhold payment for any referrals deemed fraudulent or in violation of our promotion guidelines.
