What are your shipping and postage options?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Our standard service is Royal Mail 24, which is a fully tracked service.
For Next Day 1pm Guaranteed Delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff or during weekends may be dispatched the following working day.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has been processed or dispatched. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to product contents on the exterior of the parcel.
