• Same-day dispatch: orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff, or at weekends, dispatch on the next working day.
• Every parcel is sealed, protected in transit and tracked to the door.

• Standard service: Royal Mail 24, fully tracked. Free UK delivery on orders over £250.
• Next-day 1pm guaranteed delivery: orders must be placed before 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Discreet packaging: plain outer box with no reference to the contents on the exterior.

Use the order tracker on the Core Health GB store. You will need your order details from the confirmation email.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are given once an order has been placed, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind; incorrect orders placed by the customer; failure to read or understand product information; delays caused by third-party shipping providers; and products that have been opened, used or tampered with.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence so we can review the issue. Any resolution offered is at our sole discretion and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
