DPP-IV

Dipeptidyl peptidase 4

Receptor / Pathway

An enzyme that cleaves N-terminal dipeptides from many endogenous peptides including GHRH and GLP-1. Stabilised analogues such as Tesamorelin and CJC-1295 are designed to resist DPP-IV cleavage.
